When Shahs leave the house, they discover Toshu unconscious on the sidewalk. Samar dials an ambulance and has it take him to the clinic, where doctors have it take him to the ICU. Anupama receives a call from Samar, but she doesn’t answer it and keeps the phone on silent.
Hasmukh and Leela speculate that Toshu may have been unaware due to a deficiency. Vanraj refuses to acknowledge Toshu’s state. As Anupama notices Samar hasn’t gotten back to her, she sits down to grab some water and calls him out of discomfort.
As she learns about Toshu, she breaks. What has been happening with his youngster, Vanraj queries the professional. Expert claims that after reports arrive, he is free to say anything; whatever has occurred is abhorrent. Anupama informs Anuj that Toshu is in Cityy Hospital after awaking him. To carry narcotics to Toshu, Adhik leaves. Shahs divide Toshu’s state.
Vanraj informs Kinjal that, should the necessity arise, she may go back home. Kinjal questions how she could leave Toshu in such a state, but she is upset with him and finds it impossible to look at him in such a state. Driving the car towards the clinic, Anuj assures Anupama that Toshu won’t suffer any harm. Anupama sobs, saying she should have followed her gut feeling and called Samar earlier. Vanraj sobs while hugging Hasmukh.
When Anupama enters the emergency clinic, she is speechless upon seeing Toshu’s condition. The song Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham is playing in the background. She revisits Toshu’s childhood and explains how this happened. Vanraj claims he never imagined so much would change in a split second; Toshu had only recently been at odds with him and now doctors say his condition is critical.
