Batery Official License
The official Batery website is operated by YouGMedia B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under license number 153269. On March 7, 2025, the company renewed its Curaçao license. The authorization number is OGL/2024/107/0914. This document confirms Batery’s right to engage in the organization of online gambling.
Excluded Countries
The Curaçao license is valid not only in India, but also in dozens of other countries. Under it you can work in any state in which gambling on the Internet is not prohibited by law. But there are a few excluded territories. These are Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, as well as the Dutch West Indies. It is not possible to operate in these countries under a Curaçao license.
If you find that a company violates this rule, you can report this fact to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. On the basis of your complaint, an inspection will be conducted. If the violation is confirmed, the company will be penalized. It may also lose its license.
Before sending a letter to the Curaçao Gaming Commission, please check if the potential violator operates under more than one license. A company may have more than one gambling license.

Representatives of the Curaçao Gaming Commission have no financial or any other interest in the operation of licensed sites. We do not own, manage or influence the decisions made by such brands. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of such sites. This includes if they violate the laws of India or other countries.
Logos and Trademarks
Trademarks, logos and business names are published on this page. They are all intellectual property of the Curaçao Gaming Commission. The exception is the logo, name and domain name of the licensed company. The other trademarks are protected by copyright laws. They can be used only after approval of the Gaming Commission.
